How to make
Cut the slices in half, then beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Roll the slices in beaten eggs. Heat oil in a pan, then fry the slices.
Using tongs (or a fork), add chopped white and yellow cheese, then make a sandwich in the pan.
Let them fry until done.
Finally, add butter on the slices, which is spread with a knife.
