How to make
Take the slices of bread and cut them down the middle.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat with a pinch of salt. Add the yogurt and baking soda and mix again.
When the oil is hot, dip the slices in the mixture and fry until golden.
Leave the finished eggy bread on kitchen paper or a napkin to absorb the excess fat.
Serve with jam of choice or whatever you like.
