How to make
Cook the mung beans until soft.
Peel the onion and chop it finely.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion, add the finely chopped carrot and the paprika.
Once the vegetables are soft, add the sliced mushrooms. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the fried mixture into a baking tray, add the beans, ketchup and tomatoes. Stir and place the tray in a hot oven.
Bake until the dish remains in fat.
Sprinkle the baked beans with fresh parsley.
