How to make
The onion is finely chopped and stewed in three tablespoons of olive oil.
After it softens, noodles are added to it. Stir and cook until golden.
Add a cup of washed rice, stir several times, then pour it in two and a half cups of water.
The dish is seasoned with salt, covered, and the temperature of the stove is reduced.
The rice is stewed for about half an hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve the stewed rice with noodles as a side dish or vegan main.
