How to make
Put 2 liters of water in a deep pot and boil it.
The rice bags are placed in the boiling water.
Add the dried onion and salt. Boil for 20 minutes under the lid.
After it is cooked, the bags of rice are removed from the water.
The rice is poured into a container and the bags are cut open.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the noodles, which are crushed.
After the noodles are fried, add the rice. They are mixed very well.
Add the eggs and stir, until the eggs are completely fried. Add the finely chopped parsley and salt.
Mix very well and the pan-fried rice is removed from the heat.
The rice with egg, rice noodles and parsley is ready.
