How to make
Spread the puff pastry out and cut it into 2 large rectangles along its length. Spread the filling made from the walnuts, sugar, breadcrumbs, raisins and cinnamon in the middle of each rectangle.
Press the ends of both rectangles so as to obtain 2 long thin rolls. Cut each roll into small pastries using a sharp and lightly greased knife.
Arrange them in a tray, covered with baking paper and bake until ready.
