How to make
Keto Air Fryer Berry Sponge Cake for keto dessert fans.
I use stevia for cakes and erythritol powder which are 1:1 with sugar. The mold is silicone with an inner diameter of 60°F (16.5 cm).
The whites and yolks are separated. Add the sweetener to the yolks and beat well with a mixer until the mixture becomes light. Then the butter is melted and added, while beating again. Finally, add the almond flour, vanilla, salt and baking powder. Beat and set aside.
At this point, turn on the air fryer to heat it for 5 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Beat the egg whites nicely. Then they are added gradually to the other mixture, by mixing with a spatula.
Grease the mold with butter. Put some fruit on the bottom. Pour the mixture. Put the fruit again in the middle and again on top. Bake the keto cake on the bake program for 20 minutes at 330°F (165°C).
You can also bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C.
