How to cook
Everything is mixed and blended. The mixture is divided into two small bowls, which have been greased with butter in advance.
I baked in an air fryer (bake program) at 360°F (180°C) for 9 minutes.
If you bake it in the oven, it must be preheated. Bake at 360°F (180°C), for about 12 minutes, but my oven is gas and it bakes differently.
I froze one souffle in the freezer.
When I decide, I can bake it straight away, but it takes 5 minutes longer to bake.
The keto chocolate souffle is wonderful.
