How to make
Wash and clean the zucchini.
At the bottom of the jar, put a slice of onion, cloves of garlic, black pepper and a dill sprig.
Cut the zucchini and arrange them in the jar.
On top, put a slice of onion and a sprig of dill.
Pour salt, sugar and vinegar.
Top up with water to the edge of the jarred zucchini.
Close the jars and sterilize them for 10 minutes after the water boils.
Take out the jarred pickled zucchini and turn with the lids facing down.
