"Golden, delicious and easy to prepare Zucchini Gratin with Parmesan."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • milk - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • parmesan - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • ground white pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
  • zucchini - 1.1 lb (500 g)

How to make

Finely grate the zucchini, sprinkle them with pepper and salt, mix and leave them for 20 minutes to drain from the water.

Finely grate the cheese and add it to the zucchini.

Beat the eggs, milk, pressed garlic and spices.
