How to make
Peel the zucchini and potatoes and cut them into cubes. Pour them into the oven dish in which you intend to bake them.
Chop the garlic finely and add it to the oven dish. Season with salt, black pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley. Mix everything well together and add crumbled cheese.
Beat the eggs and mix them with milk and flour. Pour this topping over the gratin and put it to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 1 hour.
