  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g) frozen
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Cut the pork into cubes, fry it in its fat, until it forms a brown crust.

At the end of frying, add finely chopped onion, grated carrot and very well washed and strained rice.

Fry for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste.

Arrange the broccoli florets on top and pour 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of warm water and the oil. Mix.

Put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) and bake the rice until done.
