How to make
Peel the zucchini, grate them and squeeze them through cheesecloth to separate the water from them.
Pour them into a bowl, add the sour cream, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, turmeric and mix.
Beat the eggs separately with a mixer and add them to the zucchini.
Finally, add the feta, mix and pour into one baking mold or into several small molds.
Bake the zucchini soufflé at 390°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
Serve the zucchini and feta soufflé immediately.
