Ingredients

  • zucchini - 5.
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • eggs - 2.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • yogurt 3% - 2 and 1/2 cups
  • feta cheese - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • hot pepper - flakes

How to make

Wash and clean the zucchini, and slice them into thin circles.

Grease a large baking tray with a little olive oil, put the zucchini in it, and pour the remaining olive oil over them. Mix them well with your hands so that all the pieces are covered with oil.

Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) and bake the zucchini until golden, stirring occasionally so that they bake evenly. When they are ready, remove the tray from the oven and let them cool down.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs, peel them, and let them cool down.

Put the yogurt in a bowl, crush the garlic, grate the eggs, season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir the mixture, add the roasted zucchini, crush the feta cheese into the mixture and stir again.

Leave the zucchini and feta cheese snack in the refrigerator to cool.

Transfer the snack to a plate and, if desired, sprinkle with hot pepper flakes and sprigs of dill or parsley.
