How to make
Wash the potatoes well, if they are fresh, do not peel them and cut them into oblong slices.
In a small bowl, mix the dry spices - smoked paprika, salt, chili, dried thyme and garlic powder.
Mix well and sprinkle over the chopped potatoes along with olive oil.
The seasoned potatoes are stirred so that the spices stick to them.
Then they are spread in a single layer on a tray covered with baking paper.
The potatoes are baked in a 390°F (200°C) oven for about 30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they have browned on all sides.
