  • eggs - 5
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • feta cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)

How to make

Peel the potatoes and boil them. Once boiled, use a chopper to cut them into round slices (like chips).

In a tray (or glass cook pot), arrange a layer of potatoes, layer of feta cheese, black pepper and salt and keep arranging until out of ingredients. The topmost layer needs to be potatoes.

Beat the eggs and milk and pour them over the potatoes.

Put it to bake in the oven. Before taking it out, grate cheese on top and leave it to crisp.
