How to make

The potatoes are peeled and cut into large pieces.

Place them in a pot with enough salted water and boil them for 15 minutes. The time is timed after the water boils.

Remove from heat, strain and let them cool slightly.

They are cut into thick slices of about 8 - 10 mm.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

The potato slices are arranged at an angle. Sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, thyme and grated cheese. Slices of butter are also scattered.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream. Pour the potatoes with it.

Bake the gratin at 370°F (190°C) with fan for about 30 - 40 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with some dill and parsley.

Cool briefly and serve the French Potato Gratin.
