How to make

Knead the mince with the finely chopped onion, the soaked in water and drained bread slice without the crust, the egg and spices.

Form small meatballs, roll them in flour and fry until golden in heated oil.

Boil the potatoes, peel them, drain and grate or mash with a fork.

Crumble the feta cheese, mix it with the beaten eggs, yoghurt and milk. Mix with the potatoes and season with salt and black pepper. Pour the mixture into a buttered tray, arrange the meatballs on top and if you have any cheese left over, sprinkle it on.

Place pieces of butter here and there. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready, took me about 30-35 min. Take it out and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

A tasty dinner for the whole family!
