How to make
Extremely tasty and quick to prepare homemade chips from potatoes and carrots with a slightly spicy taste. Prepared in the healthier and more dietary way - baked in the oven!
Peel the potatoes and carrots. Wash them and slightly dry them.
Using the peeler, cut them into thin fine slices/circles. Therefore, it is important to select potatoes with a diameter the width of the peeler.
Season them with olive oil, Himalayan salt, black pepper, Indian turmeric and Madras curry.
Mix everything thoroughly by hand.
Line a square tray with baking paper and arrange the thin slices next to each other without overlapping them. This amount of potatoes and carrots makes 2 batches - 2 trays.
Bake the dietary chips in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 7 minutes. Take out the tray, turn the slices / thin round slices and bake them for another 7 minutes. For a crunchier texture, you can sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.
To cool, arrange them in a dish - again without overlapping them, so that they do not soften.
Serve the Crispy Dietary Potato Chips with homemade dip, spread or vegetarian pate.
