"Keto bread with flax flour - health in one slice"

Ingredients

  • flax flour - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • coconut flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • almond flour - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • husk - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • water - 4.7 fl oz (140 ml) slightly warm
  • eggs - 2 pcs. XL or 3M or L
  • linseed oil - 3 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 4 tbsp. with a tip
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • baking soda - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • rosemary - 1 tsp. dried
  • olive oil - or linseed oil for drizzling
  • salt - in flakes, for sprinkling

How to make

Turn on the oven to heat up to 360°F (180°C).

For this dietary bread, beat the eggs with the salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and soda and let it activate.

Pour the activated milk over the eggs along with the linseed oil.

Gradually add the dry ingredients: flax flour, almond flour, coconut flour, salt and husk, alternating with the water and mixing constantly. If it is too thick, add more water or a small beaten egg.

Add the rosemary and transfer the mixture to a generously greased 1 liter cake tin.

Flatten the bread and spread it with linseed oil or olive oil. Sprinkle with a little flaky salt.

Bake the keto bread for 40-45 minutes, by spreading it again with olive oil or linseed oil halfway through (but don't open the oven before the 20th minute).

Leave the Keto Bread with Flax Flour to cool, slice it and serve it.
