How to make
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted, chilled butter and eggs. Beat well. Add the grated zucchini, ham, white cheese and parmesan.
Mix the flour mixture with the other one. Stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan (oblong) lined with baking paper. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
Bake the delicious bread at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
Leave it aside for 15 minutes before slicing the keto bread with zucchini, prosciutto and parmesan.
