Ingredients

  • almond flour - 3.9 oz (110 g)
  • coconut flour - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • xanthan gum - 1/2 tsp. (optional)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g) melted, chilled
  • zucchini - 5.3 oz (150 g) grated
  • prosciutto - 3.2 oz (90 g)
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g) grated
  • greek feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted, chilled butter and eggs. Beat well. Add the grated zucchini, ham, white cheese and parmesan.

Mix the flour mixture with the other one. Stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan (oblong) lined with baking paper. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds.

Bake the delicious bread at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.

Leave it aside for 15 minutes before slicing the keto bread with zucchini, prosciutto and parmesan.
