Ingredients

  • whole grain flour - 2.1 oz (60 g) of wheat
  • rye flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • oat flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • white flour - 7 oz (200 g) + extra
  • almond flour - 4 tbsp. with a tip
  • fresh yeast - 0.6 oz (18 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp (15 ml) + for greasing
  • water - 1 cup (250 ml)

How to make

To prepare this whole grain bread, first dissolve the yeast in slightly warm water. Add 2-3 tbsp. of the white flour and let it activate for ten minutes.

Mix all 5 types of flour with the salt, make a well and pour olive oil and yeast inside. Mix and if necessary, add more water or flour until a soft dough is obtained.

Knead it on a floured surface. Shape the rye bread into the desired shape. Spread it lightly with olive oil and put it in a greased mold. Leave it to rise.

Bake the homemade bread for 35 minutes at 390°F (200°C) or until it forms a crust.

After it cools, cut the bread with 5 types of flour into slices and eat it.
