How to make
To make the bread dough, which should be sticky and soft, knead all of the ingredients in a deep bowl and cover it with cling film. Leave the dough to rise for 90-120 minutes.
Using a silicone spoon, remove the dough from the surface you have floured. Transfer it 4-5 times and the idea is not to knead it. Put a bowl on top of it and leave it to rise for another half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230 degrees), use a fireproof pot with a lid in which we will bake our wholemeal bread. Heat it inside of the oven nicely for half an hour before baking the bread.
A cast iron pot is ideal for this purpose, but any other suitable for baking will do a good job for you.
After 30 minutes, remove the hot pot and sprinkle the inside with a little cornflour or line it with parchment paper.
Spread the dough in it and bake the healthy bread for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake the homemade bread until it has baked nicely.
Baking this bread usually takes about 45-60 minutes.
Leave the wholemeal bread with 3 types of flour on a wire rack until it cools. Only then can you serve the fluffy bread on your table.
