How to make
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients - gluten-free flours, yeast, salt.
Make a well and pour the water, yogurt and olive oil into it.
Knead a soft dough and at the beginning of the kneading it's like crumbs, but after kneading for about 5 minutes, an elastic, smooth dough is obtained.
Leave it, covered with cling film, to rise for about 6 hours.
After that, knead it again, shape it into bread buns and leave them to rise again for 1 hour.
Bake the gluten-free bread buns at 360°F (180°C) for 45 minutes, or until they become pale pink.
Unlike regular bread, we can't get the desired golden brown color here, but this gluten-free bread is super tasty.
