How to make
The first thing we need to do is soak the bread slices in water.
Then squeeze with hands.
Clean the garlic cloves and crush them along with the bread, adding a little oil.
You can do this with a blender.
Add the walnuts to them and stir continuously, adding the remaining fat in a thin stream.
Season with salt and vinegar.
Dilute the finished Skordalia with a little yogurt, until the desired thickness is obtained.
This type of Skordalia sauce can be served with fried zucchini or fried fish.
