  • lemon juice - from 2 lemons
  • extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • marinated capers - 1 handful

How to make

Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and beat it. Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons and add it to the yogurt.

Add finely chopped dill. Crush the garlic and add it as well.

Pour olive oil and beat again.

Sprinkle with the spices and add the capers. Stir and serve with already cooked fish.
