Ingredients

  • ginger - 3 slices of root
  • green onions - 2 stalks
  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 3 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • broth - 6 tablespoons, or water
  • starch - 2 tsp

How to make

Cut the ginger into thin strips, fry it with the onions for 1 minute. Add the soya sauce, sugar, vinegar and water (broth) and boil it all for 1 more minute, but reduce the heat.

Add the dissolved in water starch. Stir until the sauce thickens. Serve with fried or grilled fish.
