How to make

First, we prepare the stuffing for this traditional manti.

In a pan, we begin to fry the finely chopped onion with a little fat. After the onion is fried, add the minced meat and start frying again until ready, at the end add the pressed garlic and the rest of the spices and let the mixture cool.

In a deep bowl we press the flour and crack the eggs in the middle, add more salt, oil and add a glass of lukewarm water and start kneading the dough, which is almost the same as pasta dough.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut it, first, into strips about two fingers thick, then cut the strips into small squares.

Take the minced meat stuffing and put a small tea spoon on each square. After we finish with the stuffing, starting to close the pieces, we take the piece in our hands, tuck the two sides crosswise and press, then tuck the other two sides and press again with our fingers.

Boil the ready manti in salted water with a little oil until ready and when the manti rises in the boiling water - it means they are ready.

Inside a small bowl, press the garlic and mix it with yogurt and pour the finished sauce on top of the manti.

At the end, heat a little butter in a small saucepan, add tomato sauce, salt and spearmint on top and drizzle the manti with the sauce.
