How to make
Soak the cleaned beef liver in water with 1 tsp. of salt for 10 minutes, strain it and cut it into thin juliennes.
In a suitable bowl, mix the flour with the spices and salt and carefully roll each piece, then pat it down carefully.
Fry the liver in the heated oil for 3-4 minutes and strain it onto kitchen paper.
Serve the appetizer while it is hot.
The spicy fried beef liver is ready.
