How to make
Stew the meat with wine, water and some oil for about 1 hour. Then add the sliced potatoes, peas, soya sauce, mustard, honey and vinegar. Let it stew for about half an hour.
If necessary, add a cup of warm water, but be careful not to make it too runny. Finally, season the dish with spices and cook for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add a little starch, dissolved in water.
