How to make
Rinse the beef and dry it. Portion it.
In a deep container, heat the soy sauce and wine, being careful not to let them boil. Add the sugar, chopped chili peppers, cumin and cloves. Stir until the sugar melts.
Pour the resulting marinade over the meat and leave it for 4-5 hours in the fridge to season.
Cut the potatoes into slices. Pour on a mixture of olive oil, paprika and salt to taste over them. Let them season for at least 2 hours.
Cook the potatoes and spicy meat on the grill until ready. Cut the lemon into slices and grill it as well. Serve the meat and potatoes hot, garnished with lemon slices.
