  • pig ears - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • soy sauce - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp, or honey
  • salt - to taste
  • all purpose spice - 1 tbsp, for BBQ
  • cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • oil - 1 tbsp

How to make

Wash the pig ears well and put them to boil a bit but not to fully cook. Next, cut them into strips and add them to the spices which you've already mixed with the soy sauce.

Mix them well and leave them to season as long as possible to flavor.
