How to make
The pig ears are well cleaned and put in pressure cooker. Pour them with enough water to cover them.
If any end of the ears protrudes just above the water, it's not a problem.
Add salt. The pot is closed well. Put the jigger valve on the lid and boil.
They are boiled for a maximum of 20 minutes after the jigger valve begins to make noise.
They shouldn't be boiled longer, because they stick more when baking. Wait for the pressure in the pot to drop. Open the pot and the ears are strained and left to cool.
The pig ear broth can be left to be used for another dish.
Once the ears have cooled, they are cut into strips - about 0.6″ (1.5 cm) thick.
Prepare the grill pan with a little oil. It must be well warmed. Arrange the strips of ears and grill them on both sides.
The grilled homemade pig ears are cut into bite sized pieces. Put them in a deep plate and serve them with soy sauce. The homemade grilled pig ears is a delicious appetizer that you can hardly resist.
