How to make
Wash the rice under a strong stream of cold water and boil it until it's semi-cooked. Strain it and store it in a warm place.
Heat the butter and fry the finely chopped onion until it aquires a golden color. Add the rice, salt and orange juice. Leave the dish for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle with finely grated lemon peel, season with curry and fry for another 4-5 minutes. Serve it on its own or as a side dish to chicken or pork.
