How to make
Boil the rice in a little water. It should remain dry, without liquid.
Cut the vegetables into pieces. Peel the mushrooms. Cut them into slices.
Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry the mushrooms until golden. Add the onion, carrot and pepper.
Wait for them to soften slightly and add the peas and shrimp.
After a few minutes, add the rice, soy sauce, ginger and salt.
Wait until everything is cooked and crack the egg.
Stir well.
Wait a few minutes and pull the pan-fried rice away from the heat and turn it off.
Pour it into deep plates and serve the Teppanyaki Fried Rice immediately.
