"We prefer the meat to be with sauce, because then we will have a reason to literally lick the plate"

  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.

measures

How to make

The meat is cut into pieces. Heat oil and fry for 2 minutes until it turns white. Remove and place it into a plate.

Fry the grated onion and finely grated carrot until soft. Pour the white wine and let it evaporate. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Return the meat and pour 2 cups of hot water, leaving it to boil over low heat. Heat the butter, lightly fry the flour, pour the milk and stir until it thickens.

Pour it over the meat, stir and leave it for a short time on moderate heat to mix the flavors.

Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
