How to make
Wash the ripe tomatoes and put them to boil in the broth or a glass of water with a piece of butter and black pepper to taste.
Mash the cooked tomatoes, boil the sauce and add the white wine.
Fry 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. flour and thicken the sauce with it. Add 1 more piece of butter to the tomato sauce and the chopped parsley.
If you want you can add garlic to the sauce, cut into thin slices.
