  • butter - 8 oz (225 g)
  • flour - 11 oz (320 g)
  • sugar - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • water - 3 tbsp.
  • for the stuffing
  • blueberries - 2 cups
  • brown sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • starch - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 15 g
  • eggs - 1 pc. yolk
  • white sugar - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The dough is prepared by cutting the butter into cubes. Add the flour, salt and sugar and it cut until crumbs form. Add the water and knead the dough. Form it into a ball and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

It is rolled out into a crust, which is about half a centimeter thick. It is divided into two parts.

Make a stuffing by mixing the blueberries, brown sugar and starch.

One of the crusts is placed in a tray lined with baking paper. The stuffing is placed on top.

Pieces of butter are placed on top of the stuffing. Pierce the other part of the dough with a fork in several places and cover the stuffing with it.

The edges of the dough are pinched, the top is smeared with yolk and sprinkled with white sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
