How to make
Dice the butter, add the flour and keep cutting the mixture until crumbs form. Add the salt, egg and milk and knead a dough.
Leave for 30 min. in the refrigerator. Take it out, put it in a tray, forming walls. Pierce it in several spots with a fork and bake 10 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Remove from the oven and leave it to cool for 10 min.
Prepare a filling by cutting the zucchini thinly, without peeling them, add the beaten eggs, milk, cream, chopped dill and salt.
Beat everything very well and pour this mixture over the dough. Bake 40 min. at 360°F (180 °C), covered with foil, to prevent it from burning.
For the last 10 min., remove the foil so that it gets a golden crust. Serve hot or cold.
