Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cold butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • ice cold water - 2 tbsp.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • For the filling
  • cream cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2.6 oz (75 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • blueberries - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)

  • yolk - 1 pc. (with cream for spreading)

How to make

Pour the flour on the worktop and make a well. Add the egg, salt, sugar, water and butter, by mashing it. Knead the dough.

Wrap it in foil and leave it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Put the cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggs and flour in a blender and beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Grease a pie tin. Separate 1/3 of the dough to make a grid (or not). Spread the dough evenly over the pie tin.

Remove the excess with a knife. Pierce the dough with a fork.

Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs or finely grinded biscuits. Pour the cream cheese on top. Sprinkle evenly with blueberries.

Roll out the remaining dough and cut strips from it. Arrange the grid with them and spread them with beaten egg yolk.

Sprinkle the pie with sugar and bake for 45 minutes at 340°F (170°C).

The blueberry and cream cheese pie is ready.
