How to make
Cut the meat into cubes and mix it with the flour to form crumbs. Gradually add water, salt and sugar. The entire dough is mixed well and left for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grate the cheese.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until golden, then leave it to drain a little. Beat the eggs with the cream and yoghurt, add the cheese, salt, bacon and gently stir the mixture. Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out and place it in the baking form.
Make holes with a fork in several places. Put baking paper on top. Bake for almost 10 minutes. Remove the paper and put a few cubes of butter on the bottom, then fill the form with the cheese mixture.
Bake for about another 30 - 35 minutes, until ready.
