Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pc. (8 g)
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • blueberries - 1 cup frozen

How to make

Beat the eggs in a bowl, until a white mixture is obtained. Pour the oil in a thin stream, then add the sour cream while continuously beating.

The flour is sifted along with the baking powder, the vanilla sugar and salt are added to the mixture and everything is mixed.

Frozen blueberries are put in the flour and are rolled. That way they won't go to the bottom of the muffin cups.

Add the flour along with the blueberries in portions to the liquid ingredients.

Mix carefully in places, then transfer to prepared muffin cups placed in the appropriate molds.

The muffins are baked in an oven preheated to 370°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
