How to make
Soak bulgur in hot salted water and let it swell. Once ready, strain it using a colander and flavor it with lemon juice.
Stew the onion /peeled and cut into pieces/ in the fat until golden. Remove the onion using a slotted spoon.
Add the mushrooms and cook in the same way. Remove them as well.
Stew the washed spinach until soft. Season with salt.
Arrange the dish by placing the bulgur in the middle, the onions and mushrooms on top and the steamed spinach around the bulgur.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
The bulgur with caramelized onions, mushrooms and spinach is ready.
