  • beetroot - 1 small or 1/2 large
  • apples - 1 large
  • bananas - 1/2 pc.
  • kiwi - 1 pc. ripe
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • filtered water - about 2 cups

How to make

Peel the beetroot, the patterned red apple, the banana and the kiwi. Wash and cut them into large pieces.

Pour them into the glass jug of a powerful blender. Sweeten with 1 full tablespoon of homemade honey from dandelions.

Blend for about 1-2 minutes, by adding the filtered water little by little - in parts.
