Ingredients

  • broccoli - 12 oz (350 g)
  • apples - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • zucchini - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onion - 1 oz (30 g) white, salad
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp (60 g)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml) or lemon juice
  • black pepper - 1 - 2 pinches (freshly ground)
  • salt - by taste
  • raisins - optional

How to make

The fastest, healthiest and most vitamin full salad can be prepared in two ways:

Put all of the products described in the recipe in a blender, except for the raisins, if you are going to add them. The broccoli should be chopped into pieces without the hard stems and the apple, onion and zucchini should be cleaned, cut into large pieces, but not peeled.

Everything is grinded at medium speed for a few seconds according to the power and options of your appliance - the vegetables should be grinded and not fully mashed.

This way everything will mix perfectly and you will have a well-flavored and wonderful vitamin salad.

The other option is to chop the broccoli and onion by hand and grate the apple and zucchini on a coarse grater. Everything can also be chopped, because that way the salad becomes more pleasant and crunchy.

Season it with olive oil, salt, vinegar and black pepper and add the raisins if you want any.

Mix it very well and the salad is ready.

You can serve it immediately or refrigerate it until it's time to serve it.
