How to cook
Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the cream cheese, vanilla, sweetener to the yolks and beat.
Then add the coconut flour and baking powder. Beat briefly and set the mixture aside.
Beat the egg whites well. Then gradually add them to the mixture with the yolks. Stir with a spatula.
Grease the molds that you will use with a little butter. Any shapes will do. Distribute the mixture and add 3 blueberries each.
I baked the donuts in the air fryer. I chose the bake program, 340°F (170°C), 6 minutes on each side.
You can also bake the keto coconut and blueberry donuts in the oven at 360°F (180°C).
