I baked 10 donuts from these ingredients, but the number depends on the molds in which you will bake.
I used coconut sugar which adds a caramel flavor to the dessert.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well with a mixer. The mixture is left for 30 minutes. It is then distributed into a donut molds.
Bake in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes. For the baking time, judge according to your oven. Mine is gas and it cooks differently.
Leave the donuts to cool.
I made the glaze from 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of confectionery, unsweetened cream and 3.5 oz (100 g) of chocolate. Stir over low heat until a homogeneous chocolate mixture is obtained. The donuts are then dipped in more warm ganache and placed in the fridge.
They can be spread with just melted chocolate. Irresistible Chocolate Donuts are obtained.
