"Keto blueberry muffins - suitable for a diet and an afternoon treat"

Ingredients

  • sour cream - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • coconut flour - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • coconut shavings - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • sweetener - 0.7 oz (20 g) or by taste (sweetener is 1:1 with the sugar)

How to make

Beat everything.

Grease the muffin molds with a little butter.

The mixture is distributed evenly. I was able to make 5 keto muffins.

3 or 4 blueberries are placed on top of each one.
