How to make
Beat the eggs, milk and butter. In a separate bowl, sift 8 oz (225 g) of flour with baking powder, salt, 2 tbsp. of sugar and nutmeg. Gradually add the egg mixture, by beating it at all times.
Mix the rest of the flour with the blueberries and the rest of the sugar. Add the fruit mixture to the batter and mix thoroughly.
The mixture is distributed into a muffin tin and baked in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, or until they're fully baked.
Great blueberry muffins are obtained, which we can only recommend.
